Speeding Up the Body’s Vibration

Speed it up, speed it up, waaaaaaaay up! Hello, BigBodyBeautiful-lovers.

Oh. Em. Gee. I’m reading the most interesting and delicious book on my Kindle right now and felt COMPELLED to tell you about it. Why? because this book talks about an ability that all of us have, but few of us know that we have it and which can dramatically increase the vibration rate of the body to improve one’s health. The best part? It’s SUPER EASY to do, it’s fast-acting (as in, immediate), and did I mention that it’s super easy to do? Well, it is. But first, a quick physiology refresher.

As you all know, we are electromagnetic beings. This means that we are electrical. Electrical impulses are generated in our brains and travel throughout the body, opening certain ducts, closing others, maintaining hormone levels, reacting to stress, supplying blood and oxygen to our various parts, cleansing and repairing cells, regulating the systems and organs of the body, and basically running the entire physical organism that we know as “us” (except the body isn’t really “us”, but that’s a topic for another post).

Human beings collectively understand that our bodies are prone to certain physical conditions (whether those conditions are healthy or not), based on environment, genetics, nutrition, chemical constituents in the brain, attitudes, beliefs, and so on. We understand that our bodies are not permanent fixtures on this earth plane but are subject to a wide variety of influences and as such, start to break down, age, and eventually die.

But, according to this fascinating book that I’m reading (yes, I promise to give you the title of it soon), this break-down of the body-physical happens for most of us way too soon and is tied to the rate of our vibration. Yes, that’s right, our vibration rate, as in, megahertz per second or the speed at which our subatomic particles (which make up the body and all matter on the earth plane), communicate, conduct energy, and move.

The author states that most of our bodies vibrate at around 48,000 megahertz per second, which is not nearly fast enough for optimal health and that our thoughts, perceptions, beliefs, level of emotional resistance, and our level of consciousness, hugely dictate how fast or slow our bodies vibrate. Depending on stimuli, both external and internal, our bodies speed up or slow down. Ideally, the body should vibrate faster. The faster one vibrates, the greater health he or she enjoys.

If this concept seems a bit too “hippy-dippy” for you, there is excellent science to back up these assertions. And, new discoveries on the effect of thought and consciousness on our physical bodies are being revealed all of the time. The best book that I have ever found on health related to vibration is Vibrational Medicine: The Handbook of Subtle-Energy Therapies by Richard Gerber, M.D. This book is amazing. I’ll write a review about it at another time, because I don’t want to digress, but if you have a minute, take a gander at the link and read the reviews. This book changed my life.

Sooo, the book on which this post is based and to which I’ve been referring (and teasing you with) is: LIVING IN A BODY ON A PLANET: Your Divine Abilities by William Linville. My blogosphere friend, Susan, recently told me about Mr. Linville who is an advanced soul and here on earth to help people expand to their higher selves.

William Linville

William Linville

William has a fascinating story that I won’t go into now, but visit his Web site to learn more about him and his strange, but wonderful journey to get here. Anyway, back to the subject. Linville states in his book:

” When the body is vibrating at only 48,000 megahertz per second, the cerebral cortex of the brain opens up to allow thought forms to enter the physicality. [Thus] the body vibrates slower, while particles of thoughts, particles of perceptual beliefs and judgments come in to create stagnation and heaviness. That begins to slow down your vibratory structure, creating chaos and disruption in both the body and the mind.”

Eventually, this stagnation causes disease and premature aging. Organs become compromised because they can no longer take the strain of our constant resistance and then they fail.

William goes on to say that while scientists tell us that how we age has everything to do with genetics, the actual thought particles that get trapped and recorded in our bodies play a much bigger role. It’s the collective ideas that humankind has about aging and the beliefs that we’ve formed about our genetics along with our expectations about aging that play a far bigger role than genetics. So interesting!

This part got me super excited because if it’s true, it cements the idea that we truly are not victims of any circumstance. We can always change our story. We can create and bend and change matter with our thoughts, which I believed anyway, but this is just further affirmation of it.

So, how do we change the body’s vibration? Easy-Peasy, Lemon-Squeezy:

  • Say (excitedly) to your body: “Hey, body, (or body part) let’s raise our vibration!”

Seriously. That’s all it takes. Say this to your body often to become more aware of how your body feels and responds and I promise you, you’re bound for greatness. Really. Truly. And, you can change any negative condition in your body with a consistent application of this technique. Do this everyday, throughout the day, and watch the awesome results.

If you are in any way sensitive to energy, you might notice that you can feel a buzzing sensation or a “thrill” pass through you, or, like in my case, you’ll get chills up and down. I LOVE this practice. If you have a sore back, you can say with enthusiasm: “Hey, beloved back, let’s raise our vibration!” Or, if your knee hurts, say, “Hello, dear knee. Whadiya say about raising our vibration? Let’s do it!” And, Bam! Your body raises its energy. Just like that. The body responds instantly. It works IMMEDIATELY! And, you can feel it happening. No elaborate exercises or meditation. No kneeling in a temple. No burning of incense. No chanting. Just this wonderful, easy, fast, and hugely effective suggestion that your body responds to with giddiness. Every time!

Does this mean you’ll cure cancer or some other grave illness immediately? Not likely. But, it does mean that you are forming a deeper connection with your body, becoming used to its messages, and more aware of the level, the feeling of your own vibration. And, eventually, you can fix whatever ails you. Of course, generating feelings of love, appreciation, joy, and enthusiasm while doing the exercise only heighten the effects of the practice.

So, go to it with gusto, body-lovers! Raise your megahertz. Even if you don’t believe it. Try it and see what happens. Oh, and if you get some time, read William’s book. It’s really fascinating.

    Dearest Lizzy,
Awesome Post! I happen to believe in raising my vibrational level for Metaphysical purposes. I will definitely check out William’s book, and the related articles. Interestingly never thought of doing for my own health. Thank you
    Your Friend,
    Anastasia 😊

Hi, Anastasia! Thank you so much for coming over and giving a read and for leaving your kind comments, my dearest. I know what you mean as far as making it a metaphysical practice, but this one is, too. That’s what I love about this practice. If one does it from even a personal-healing perspective, it’s still spiritual and totally raises the human- and world-energy field on a global level. That’s how powerful one person is who “lights up” and gets in the love-zone. If one rises, we all rise. So, this practice helps the unseen powers of the universe move more freely through us all and connect “like” energies; it’s good for all of us. I just love knowing this and knowing that when I improve my lot, my mind-frame, and circumstance, it truly does help this earth plane rise and improve as well. Big, warm hugs to you, sweetie. XOXO

My deepest pleasure, sweet friend. You create such a bubble of love around everything you do; it’s easy to be in joy around you. XOXO

      Warmest Florida Greetings, Anastasia!

I have always known about raising my vibration, but Lizzy’s review brought it back to me in a very special way! And I am most grateful for it! I’m going to check out the book and the articles. I was so enjoying the review, until, the first time I read the blog, I forgot to book mark the articles.

      Wishing yo an exquisite Saturday!

Oh my freeking god!! I got to the part where you talked about the body not really being us, and the first thing that popped into my head was William Linville. I am so over the moon thrilled that you checked him out. I didn’t even know he had a book. I’ve been so busy watching him on YouTube. And you know who else speaks about the fact that we are not victims of our genes, is Bruce Lipton. Love him.

The coolest thing about all of this, is knowing that just because everyone I am blood related to of my parents generation had cancer, as well as 3 of my grandparents, does not in any way mean that I will develop cancer. In fact, because of all of the work I’ve done on myself, I don’t even think about it any more.

As always, wonderful, body loving message. And now I’m off to check out that book!

    1. BigLizzy Post author

You are so adorable, sis. I mean it. I LOVE YOOOOOU! Of course I checked out Willy (heh, heh!). You and I are cut from the same cloth, babe. I HAD to go check him out. He’s a very interesting dude and I caught a couple of his videos, too. 🙂

But, yeah, I loved the exact same message that you did: that we are not bound by our genes but by our thoughts, ideas, and level of consciousness and those can all be changed. Such refreshing liberation! I do not have to be this much of a chunky-monk just because my family members are all big. You do not have to manifest the C-word because some of your family members did that! Hizzaaaah! Love the freedom, the release that I feel when I fully draw this message inside of me and say it with fervor. YES!

Tell me what you think of his book. I read it at night before bed and just sit there crying with feeling and relief. I swear, this dude has some serious mojo, that we all have, by the way, but his is so clear, so level, and so delicious. I can totally “hear” him in my cells. Love it!

And, I love you, my sis. Thanks for coming over and sharing your thoughts!

      Oh Mariner2Mother,

What you wrote has me DANCING!!!! My grandparents and mother and aunts and uncles transitioned with either cancer or strokes, but I KNOW that “we are not victims of our genes!” Thank you for writing that! Like you, I, too, have done a great deal of loving/healing work on myself, and I am YET engaged in the work.

I am RAW now! It has totally cured my SWEET TOOTH!!! Last night I had 3 plates of kale with my fresh ginger vinaigrette as a dressing! (Please forgive the exclamation marks…as I AM SOOOO happy!)

Honey, I ADORE YouTube! Okay, not one more exclamation mark. And I mean it. So now that I know I can meet Wm. Linville there, I will get on over as soon as I finish vibrating on a 5-mile walk, Also I will look for Bruce Lipton on the Tube. Gracias. Merci. Sim obrigado.

Loving my body and the BBB,

      1. mariner2mother

        Dear Sweet Claudia,

I too am deep in “the work” or “the play” depending on who you are talking with. I have yet to cure my sweet tooth, but knowing that you have done so is so very encouraging for me. When I was first learning a lot on Youtube about healing our bodies, my brain was on hyperdrive, and I created a site of playlists and favorites. It’s at http://www.youtube.com/user/Journey2Spirit/featured .

And a wonderful book that was written for the express purpose of raising your vibration is How To Raise Your Vibration. http://howtoraiseyourvibration.blogspot.com/2011/02/why-we-need-to-raise-our-vibration.html is the website where the author, Sabrina, shares her book a chapter at a time. So, people can read the book for free on her website, or purchase it from her. I bought it. Great stuff!

        Great to read your response!

      2. Claudia Moss

What beautiful responses all, Anastasia, Lizzy and Susan!!! I so appreciate you! I have taken note this time in my handy little notebook ever beside my laptop.

Wishing you a sweet, vibration-filled weekend,

Sweetness of Claudia! What a great idea to keep a notebook of inspiring love tid-bits at hand. You are so smaht, my sissy. I LOVE hearing from you; it always brings a huge smile to my heart. I’m sending you big, warm hugs, honey.

      4. Claudia Moss

That is absolutely awe-inspiring! Truly! Loving how you paint your thoughts! 🙂 Masterpieces, tour de forces! What a moving experience it will be to chat with you on my show! I love you, too, my “bloggy friend,” as you so delightfully wrote!

        Have a prosperous, writing-filled week! 😀

      5. BigLizzy Post author

Claudia-Sissy! Thank you, as always, for the kind thoughts and words. You do buoy and inspire my heart. XOXO Can’t wait to chat with you on the radio show! Hey, I am pretty close to posting your next installment for Breaststrokes. Yay! XOXO

  3. Jennie Saia

I will remember this, and try it soon! I mean, I know I could do it now… but I feel like I will understand it better if I am actually achy when I first try it, for comparison. What do you think? Am I being silly?

    1. BigLizzy Post author

You are adorable. I mean it. You can do whatever makes sense to you, honey.

Personally, I tried it just to get the sensation of chills going up and down my body, which I love. I love feeling how immediately my body reacts to suggestions. And, I also tried it last week when my back was hurting really bad. I struggle with bulging disks sometimes. What’s so interesting is that when I am having a typical episode of bulging disks, it usually takes me and my body, like 4 – 8 days to get the disks to reduce naturally using only ice (because I don’t take any pain medicine or anti-inflammatory medicine of any kind). With this method, it took just two days for my back to get back. LOL! I was astounded.

Try it an report back. I am interested to see what kind of physical sensations you get when you say this to your body. Try maybe concentrating on one knee and see if you feel a warming or tingling sensation. It’s SO FUN!

Hugs and love to you, sister!

      1. mariner2mother

Don’t mind me butting in. Lizzy, if you want some anti-inflammatory help that is not pharmaceutical, have you tried any of the curcumin based naturopathic supplements? Just a few days ago I switched over from 1800 mg of ibuprofen a day to a curcumin supplement I got from my naturopath. It is helping.

      2. BigLizzy Post author

        Hi, sweet girl!

You are always free to butt in at anytime! You have carte blanche with me, babe.

So, I typically control inflammation by eating very few complex carbohydrates, very little meat, and just tiny amounts of sugar. I mostly live on vegetables, honestly.

Last year, I got a really bad, huge-ass blood clot in my leg (from literally two weeks on a birth control pill to control insane bleeding/menopause stuff). The leg clot was throwing clots to my lungs. It was a crazy scene, man. I was in the hospital for a week. I had lots of clots. Hey, that’s fun to say! Lots of clots!! Ha! Anyway, long story short, I am on Warfarin/Coumadin therapy. Coumadin reacts with, like 500 known substances, so anything that I want to take, I have to run past my doctor. I will ask about it, though, FOR SURE! Thank you so much for telling me about this, love-bunny!

I love this! I love that we can change ourselves at this very moment. This is espcially timely for me as I’m avoiding coffee and don’t want to resort to sticking my finger in a light socket to get a buzz. I said the words as you suggested and tears came to my eyes. It was an instant response! I’m a big fan of Wayne Dyer and he talks a lot about raising our vibration. It ties in with the Healing Code too, it sounds like. I’ll definitely check out your resources!

    1. BigLizzy Post author

Yes, that’s right. I commented on your post about perfectionism and kicking coffee this week. Such a good thing that you are doing and I loved your post!

Goooood for you for trying this technique! That totally brings tears to my eyes to read. It is MIRACULOUS how fast our bodies respond to us. It’s so, sooooo fun! I love Wayne Dyer, too.

Thanks for stopping by, reading, and commenting, my bloggy-friend. Love how the two of us just raised our vibrations together! XOXO

    2. Claudia Moss

      Hi, Karenperrycreates!

Reading you sentence “I love that we can change ourselves at this very moment,” because it reminds me of E. Tolle and his sensational message about living in THE NOW. And I thought or remembered all over again that in THE NOW is where we meet the Divine Intelligence. So it DOES make sense to be able to speak to our parts and experience all in this Present Moment, where all life is. It’s simply amazing!

And you know, vice versa, if we allow fear to dominate our Present Moment, even if it is imagined fear, our bodies will respond accordingly, so why not address ourselves with LOVE and HEALING!

I absolutely love and respect Wayne Dyer and have read him for many years. I have NEVER heard of the Healing Code. I’ll Google it.

      Have a GREAT weekend!

      What do you create? 🙂

      1. Claudia Moss

        Thank you, Karen!
Forgive me for taking so long to respond. I am at work on an editing job that has me raising my vibration just to think about it. Yet I know it is also a matter of opening my mouth to give witness to what I can and can not do, when I accept an editing job. 🙂
        Wishing you a fabulous weekend!

  5. Claudia Moss

    Good morning, Lizzy!

I absolutely LOVE this blog post! I’m wholly amazed. William Linville’s book has put me in remembrance of an article I’d read on this subject but had sufficiently forgotten in wonder of my everyday life, so thank you for bringing it back to me. In a very real sense, it reminds me of Julia Roger Hambrick’s CHOOSING EASY WORLD: A Guide to Opting Out of Struggles and Strife and Living in the Amazing Realm Where Everything Is Easy. In it, Julia says: “I choose to live in Easy World, where everything is easy,” and on the energy of that assertion, spoken with conviction and trust, joy and belief, we can begin to change the course of our day and change so many other things….just by changing our thoughts and our vibration…instantly, same as what Linsville proposes.

To me, it is very similar to “Speaking the word” in church. It is the power of life and death in the tongue. What we say impacts us. How we say something changes us and others. I can feel the magic in William Linville’s excerpt. I will definitely read his book on my Kindle. He has something there, something that stands on research and these vibrations, or chills, that are now zipping and zapping and zinging and pinging throughout my seated body!

Reading your post proves to me, all over again, Liz, that we receive precisely what we need at the Divine right time!

    Mucho amor,

    1. BigLizzy Post author

Thank you so very much for these amazing words of yours, full of heart and insight, and well, YOU and your huge soul. I have never heard of Julia Roger Hambrick or her work, so thank you very much for mentioning her book to me here. I can’t wait to read it!! She’s right up my alley, honey. As are you. I got total happy chills reading your words here. I LOVE hearing how your body reacted to this post. Everyone who responded to this one just lit me up like a roman candle, girl. IT IS AWESOME how connected we all are and how we, like you say, discover things that we need in divine time. I simply could not agree with you more.

I went to church (a few times) with a friend where parishioners sang gospel music and I’m telling you, I would sit there just sobbing from the words, the feeling, the movement, and spirit in the room. No one made fun of me. I was full of the spirit and they accepted it. I would then go out to my car and blast Yolanda Adams and cry some more! It was such a fun time in my life. So, yes. You are right. We live by our utterances. Our words have such power!

All my light and love to you, sis. XOXO

      1. Claudia Moss

Good evening, again, Lovely Lady Liz,

Your response is truly beautiful. I, too, love your words, such beautiful words coming together to send a wave of love through the world. Never change. And if I weren’t so sleepy and desirous of lying down to meditate in gratitude and watch a few of my fav YouTube people, I’d write a bit more. Am learning to settle into disconnecting to relax and sleep…in place of writing through the day AND night! Must honor the body temple.

I will return later to enjoy all the responses from the other bloggers!

        Loving the BBB….

        Mucho amor,

      2. BigLizzy Post author

Claudia-honey, Such sweet words, my sis. I’m merely a reflection of your light and love. Honestly. You couldn’t see it in me if you didn’t originate it yourself. I love how deeply you live and love, girl. It’s so breath-taking. I am lucky, lucky, lucky that Source brought us together. We are in each other’s tribe now, mama. Joy is flooding my being as a result. Many warm hugs, Lizzy

  6. Claudia Moss

    Thank you, Lizzy!
I am deeply honored and love being in the other’s tribe. There is a power, a sublime essence, in community. Indeed, I, too, am blessed and lucky and filled with Source’s light on the weaving of paths. Am trusting in a sacred way that our steps are truly ordered….

I so LOVE your writing voice, its intensity, poignancy, veracity and power to mesmerize. I really must ask, dear Lizzy, do you write fiction? Short stories? Poetry? You must have a book manuscript somewhere. Now where, I politely ask, is it?

    1. BigLizzy Post author

I am so seriously considering starting a new blog called “Loving Claudia”. HA! In this new blog, I would routinely post about your “amazingness”, light, love, spirit, and friendship and what it has meant to me. Who says that we cannot love, respect, and be intimate with people we have never physically met? My soul knows you, sis. I can feel that so strongly and so solidly. And, I can also feel that when we do meet in physical for the first time, the universe will shift open, music will issue forth, and a glorious light will emanate and swirl all around us. 🙂

I do write fiction, poetry, magazine/newspaper articles, short stories, all of it. I am an all-around writer with my also being a Sr. Technical Writer, editor, and copy writer. I’m currently at work on several books and had a book-length chapbook of poems published in ’98.

Thank you for checking in and sharing your delectable, kind words with me. My soul is in full swoon right now. I love you, my friend.

  7. Claudia Moss

You truly love writing, Lizzy!! Me, too! And I love you, too, my sista/writer/friend! I believe my response jumped to another spot above! Ooops! Lo siento!

Am signing off to rest the mind and body for the new day. I want to be fresh and ready to write the new day away.

    Rest blessed….

I just listened to this guy on a free audio. I was blown away, googled him and guess what – your blog post came up!! 😀 What a wonderful coincidence. Also, I bought that book by Richard Berber two years ago and it’s been sitting on my shelf…I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately. Time to get it down. Anyway, thanks for this beautiful description of his work, and I’m definitely taking this simple, beautiful advice…I already meditate avidly and am fascinated by quantum physics, so I’m a total believer. THANK YOU for this divine post, BigLizzy!

    1. BigLizzy Post author

So FUN! Isn’t that the coolest when the universe sends you a BIG FAT MESSAGE like that?!! I love it, sis.

Yeah, the book by Richard Gerber is the bomb. I swear, every time I read some of it, my consciousness just grows in leaps and bounds. I just DIG stuff like that so much. Glad you are getting into it, too.

And, like you, I am waaaay into quantum physics. It’s just the most fascinating stuff ever. Thank you for coming by and gracing me with your wonderful energy, hon. You are my sister and my friend. I’m smiling HUGE right now. Love you! 🙂
